This is the second time I come to Foz do Iguacu and, once again, I leave with the certainty that I made the best choice. Travel is wonderful, but traveling without worries is even better. From the first contact to the last tour, we had the tranquility of knowing that there was a team prepared, attentive and always willing to meet all our needs. All employees, attendants, drivers and guides were extremely receptive, polite and cheerful. We had the pleasure of knowing the Falls, Itaipu, Argentina and other tours with professionals who show passion for what they do. It is easy to see that the team works with love and dedication, and that makes all the difference in the experience of those who visit Foz do Iguacu. The feeling is being welcomed by a large family. Every collaborator contributed to making our journey easy, organized and unforgettable.

This is an extraordinary hotel. Its also an extraordinary price, but well worth it. The little touches like the complimentary sparkling wine at sunset out of the iconic pink camper van was a lovely gesture. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous. The staff are friendly, informal and approachable. Loved the bar. Breakfast was sumptuous in terms of range and quality. The swimming pool area and gym are both great. Perhaps the most important thing to note is the exclusive access you get to the falls before and after the park opens and closes. It means you get the place to yourselves for at least an hour or two at the beginning and end of each day. We set off just after sunrise for a guided tour of the falls (again, a complimentary part of the hotel's offer) and it was magical. When you see the scale of the crowds that build during the day, you can see why the hotel is worth the money just for this aspect alone.

Our stay was simply majestic. From the first minute you notice the excellence in the detail, but what touched my heart the most was the care and the very special attention they had for my little daughter. The level of friendliness and warmth from all the hotel staff made us feel at home. The small gestures like the water, the chocolates in the room and, above all, the picnic in front of the falls, will remain engraved forever in my daughter's memory. A huge round of applause for the guys in the entertainment area; the way they treat the children is extraordinary. Having the luxury of enjoying the falls practically to ourselves before the park opens is priceless. An adorable detail: seeing the coati families walking through the hotel gardens in the morning. We had an incredible guide who spoke English, Spanish, and Portuguese perfectly.

I always look for nice hotels with the best possible location. But this hotel is the BEST!! Every detail is taken care of. Absolutely all of the staff was friendly and the facilities are perfect. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The decoration of the public areas is elegant and understated. The food is delicious in both restaurants, dinner at the "Y" restaurant was superb. We took the nighttime tour of the waterfalls by moonlight and it was magical. The hotel organized the transfers and they were perfect. Being inside the park allows you to visit the waterfalls early and without crowds. And to see the sunset from the garden, the tower, your room, or along the trails. If you are going to the waterfalls, this is definitely the best place to stay.

We did several tours with the agency and indicate a lot. Excellent guides, very polite private drivers. One guide that surprised us was VIVIAN, very friendly and attentive. She memorised the names of the passengers and every time she met us, she remembered our name. We stayed 1 week and every day we made two tours with them.

Excellent travel experience, a very organized and punctual company. Special thanks, for the affection, dedication and all the attention and welcoming with my family, made all the difference. I made a trip to Foz do Iguacu with my husband, I have no words to thank for the wonderful days we had. What caught our attention was the logistics because everything worked in an organized and punctual way for all the tours. We want to thank the entire team starting with Joao Lopes and the support of the sales team, all the drivers and the guides Yoshie, Cleiton, Fernando, Leandro, finally all who were with us on the tours. A fabulous hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything worked smoothly from arrival (transfer from IGU airport via hotel) to on-site service and departure. The staff speak good English throughout, are very friendly and helpful and always approachable. We visited Parque das Aves with the free hotel shuttle, which takes you to the entrance of the national park every 25 minutes. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, dinner was varied and very good and the bar was also excellent. The concierge team, which is responsible for excursions and drivers, offers helpful tips in addition to the actual bookings. Due to its unique location, you can be at the falls in front of the other tourists, but you can also see toucans, parrots and nose bears on the hotel grounds. The free offer to enjoy the sunset with a glass of sparkling wine was also fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can only recommend.
