5-Day Pantanal Bonito Tour in Brazil: Wildlife & Clear Rivers

The tour begins in Campo Grande, capital of Mato Grosso do Sul. A private transfer takes you to your lodge in the Pantanal, and the drive is already part of the trip: caimans on the verges, capybaras in the ditches, and birds on every fence post. Departure time follows your flight, so the day is shaped by when you land.

After check-in, the evening is yours in Bonito’s town center, which is small, walkable, and full of restaurants, cafes, and craft stores.

A transfer takes you into the Anhumas Valley Ecological Park for São Miguel Cave. Walk across a 180-meter suspension bridge and a forest trail to the cave itself, one of the oldest dry caves in Brazil, with limestone formations that took millions of years to build.
